JoAnn coordinates all the different activities and agencies at Rome First, as well as managing day-to-day operations.

JoAnn is the proud mom of Brittany and Ryan.
She has two dogs and a parakeet. She loves to read and laugh.

An interesting fact is that JoAnn’s family owned and operated a restaurant in Rome for 30-plus years where she worked from the age of 12 years old. She also never missed a day of school from Kindergarten to 12th grade!
