DeAnn Richardson

Director of Rome First School

Hello, my name is DeAnn Richardson and I am honored to serve as the new Rome First School Director. I have enjoyed being associated with Rome First School for more than a decade in some capacity as parent, volunteer, and most recently teacher. I have a deep love for this school and as director, my passion and desire, is to continue to create a nurturing environment where children learn to love God, love others, and love learning. I believe these values provide the foundation for a lifetime of faith, compassion, and creativity. I am honored to partner with families in helping each child grow in these areas.

I am grateful for the teachers at RFS that give much love, time and energy to our children and make this school so very special.

I am a native Roman and lover of Christ. I attend Crosspointe City Church in Rome. I am the proud mother to three adult children Jake, Sam, Molly and Bigsby the doodle. In my spare time I go to the beach as much as possible, I love to read and write -sharing about life, being a mom, grief, widowhood but mostly about my relationship and the goodness of God.
